The SMART Tag™ is now used by EMS, covering over a quarter of the population of the United States (as calculated from the US Census Bureau).
The great states of Tennessee and Indiana are the latest to adopt the system, following the lead of NY, NV, IL, NC, MA and CT in recommending Smart Tag™ as the State Triage Tag. Large areas of TX, LA, KY, OH and PA who have also adopted Smart Tag™ as the regional standard.
